Mila Morris is the founder and CEO of Nova Arc Health, an AI TechBio company building an at-home blood test that shows women what their ovaries are actually doing. Backed by science from MIT, Nova Arc gives women real insight into their ovarian health years before perimenopause catches them off guard.
Mila believes the ovary is the first organ to age, and that understanding it is one of the biggest untapped opportunities in human health. Leading clinics and health partners have already signed on to offer Nova Arc's test to their patients and members.
Based between New York and Spain, Mila travels frequently to push the women's health movement forward, bringing together doctors, scientists, investors and everyday women who want answers about their own bodies. She's just as passionate about bringing men into the conversation, because when women are healthier, families, companies and communities are too. We're all in this together.
Outside of Nova Arc, Mila founded the Silicon Valley Ovary Club, a community of people who share her dream of adding 10 healthy years to the ovary.
